HOW TO…

Registration for the Helvetic Agility Masters should be stress-free for you. Therefore, all registrations are considered to be simultaneous for a period of one week from the start of registration.

Confirmation of participation will be sent at the earliest one week after the start of registration.

The registration is valid for all 3 days and only all 3 days can be entered. The registration is valid for HAM/HNC and HTC. Assignment to the class-specific competition (HAM or HNC) is made automatically by the Swiss Canin Center based on the class entered.

You can book camping directly when you register. The camping sites directly next to the hall cannot be booked.

Note that registration is binding and obligates payment. You accept the rules and regulations of the event implicitly with your registration.

    Register for HAM 2026.

    Fill out one registration per dog.

  • Camping

    Book your campsite when you register.

    If you are registering several dogs, please only register the campsite once.

  • Confirmation of participation

    Confirmation of participation will be sent at the earliest 2 weeks after the start of registration.
    Please do not make any payments without confirmation of participation/invoice.

  • Pay and secure your starting place

    Pay the invoice received by e-mail and secure your starting place.

    After the payment deadline, your registration will be canceled and a team from the waiting list will move up.

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

REGISTRATIONS with replacement team

Cancellations with a replacement team can be made up to 7 days (up to and including Thursday, 13.08.2026) before the first day of the tournament and must be made in writing to info@swisscanincenter.ch.

In case of cancellation for any reason (work, injury, illness, etc.), the starting place can be passed on to a replacement team from the waiting list up to 7 days (see above) before the first day of the show. The replacement team from the waiting list will be assigned by the Swiss Canin Center. The allocation of the entry fee will be settled between the parties (withdrawn team and replacement team), for this purpose the contact details of both teams will be passed on to them. Cancellations are not refundable.

In the event of an empty waiting list, a replacement team can be provided. This must be reported by e-mail to info@swisscanincenter.ch with the following details:

License, name of dog, first and last name, and e-mail address of the dog handler.

The apportionment of the entry fee will be settled between the parties (deregistered team and substitute team) themselves. Cancellations are not refundable.

CHANGES

Changes can be made up to 4 days (up to and including Monday, August 17, 2026) before the first day of the tournament and must be made in writing to info@swisscanincenter.ch.

Changes include:

  • Class change
  • Change of the association
  • Corrections of the master data (dog or human)

When changing class from class 2 to class 3 (or vice versa), the allocation to HAM, resp. HNC autom. made. The registration remains in any case.
