It’s Been a Long Time Coming…

…but today we started sending out confirmations by e-mail. The confirmations will be sent from today until Sunday. By Sunday at the latest, all those who have registered will have received an e-mail with either a confirmation or notification of the waiting list. Thank you to everyone for their patience.

Note from the organizers (please read to the end)

We are more than happy about the great demand and were very pleased about it. At the same time, we feel very sad that we can no longer expand our capacities.

Therefore, with 400 places available, we will not be able to offer a starting place to all 600+ registrants. However, in order to give as many different people as possible the opportunity to take part in Switzerland’s greatest agility show, we have limited the quota of dogs per participant.

All those who have not received a confirmation by Sunday: Experience shows that many cancel their participation or do not pay on time, so there is a very good chance of moving up.

Our mind is blown. We’re completely floored by the love you’ve shown to our event. ❤️

We received close to 600 contributions from 23 nations worldwide. This is a new all-time record! Thank you very much for the overwhelming interest in the 5-year anniversary edition of the Helvetic Agility Masters. This is going to be a massive birthday party 🥳🍾

This number of registrations (and e-mails received) takes time to process. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience.

⚠️👉🏼 IMPORTANT: As we must create and send the invoices manually, registration by registration, the mailing of the participation confirmations will take place in stages over several days! It is therefore possible that someone has already received their confirmation of participation, but their colleague(s) have not yet.

As soon as we have sent out all confirmations of participation, we will inform about it on our social media channels and website.

We’re excited: Registration for the 5-year anniversary edition is now open.

Remember,

⭐️ it’s our goal to offer you a stress-free registration process, which is why all registrations are considered to be simultaneous for a period of one week from today (until the weekend).

⭐️ with your registration you are automatically registered for all 3 days, including the Team Cup. The team composition will be requested at a later date.

⭐️ Camping can be booked at the time of registration.

If you would like to book one of the limited stands available outside the arena, email us after receiving confirmation of the event.

⭐️ Confirmations of participation will be sent out at the earliest one week after the start of registration.
