It’s time to find a team for the Helvetic Team Cup. We have created the Facebook-Group „Helvetic Agility Masters 2026 – FIND YOUR TEAMMATES“ to make it easier for you to find each other.
TEAM CREATION
⭐️ A team consists of 3 to 4 members
⭐️ For teams consisting of 3 members, 1 member must run twice
⭐️ All members must belong to the same category (Small, Medium, Intermediate or Large)
⭐️ Classes (1, 2, and 3) can be mixed
⭐️ Find a creative name for your team
Registration of the team will take place at a later date.

The confirmations and invoices have officially been sent out via email! To ensure a smooth registration process, please take a moment to carefully read the following payment guidelines:

💱 Correct Currency Payment

  • Please pay the invoice in the exact currency specified on your document.

  • Invoices issued in Euro (€) must be paid in Euro, and invoices issued in Swiss Franc (CHF) must be paid in CHF.

  • Need to switch? If you prefer your invoice in CHF instead of Euro (or vice versa), please contact us before making any payment, and we will adjust it for you.

💶 Euro (€) Payments via SEPA

  • For all Euro invoices, please make sure to choose a SEPA bank transfer to avoid any extra bank fees.

  • Please note: Any bank fees incurred will be the sole responsibility of the participant. If any transaction fees are charged to us by your bank, we will unfortunately have to invoice you for the difference.

📝 Reference Number Required

  • To help us match your payment quickly and accurately, always include your Invoice Number (RE-00xxx) in the transfer reference/payment details.

As of today, all registered participants have been sent an email with either a confirmation of their spot or a notification regarding the waiting list.

⚠️ Got a spot but can’t make it? If you received a confirmation but need to cancel for any reason, please inform us ASAP. Let’s work together to make someone on the waiting list very happy!

ℹ️ Important Note from the Organizers (Please read to the end)

We love how much the agility community rocks! To give as many different handlers as possible the chance to experience Switzerland’s greatest agility competition, we limited the quota of dogs per participant.

Even so, the demand was absolutely incredible. We received registrations for almost 700 teams, but our maximum capacity is just over 400 starting places—which means we are currently completely full.

Don’t lose hope if you are on the waiting list! 🐾 Experience from previous years shows that spots frequently open up due to cancellations or missed payment deadlines. There is still a very good chance of moving up!

  • How it works: As soon as a starting place becomes available, we will contact you directly via email.

  • The Cutoff: The latest possible date to move up from the waiting list is 13.08.2026.

  • Want to opt out? If you decide you no longer wish to remain on the waiting list, please send us a quick email to unsubscribe.

To date, participants from 27 different countries have registered. We are thrilled that, even in its seventh year, the Helvetic Agility Masters remains so popular. A huge thank you to all of you for your loyalty! 🫶🏼
 
Registration remains open, but the window for registrations considered as simultaneous has ended since Monday.
 
🐮 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Registrations will be sorted, and then we will gradually begin sending out confirmations.
👉🏻 IMPORTANT: Confirmations will be sent individually and sequentially over several days, as they are manually entered into the system and sent one by one. Yes, when it comes to sending invoices, we’re still living in the Stone Age 😅 So please be patient. All registered participants will be contacted and informed.

We’re excited: Registration for the 7th edition is NOW OPEN!

 

Things to know:

⭐️ until May 25, 2026, all registrations will be treated as simultaneous

⭐️ if a group name is used, please make sure everyone of that group uses the exact same spelling

⭐️ with you registration you are automatically registered for all 3 days, including the Team Cup. The team composition will be requested at a later date

⭐️ Camping can be booked at the time of registration

As of today, our website is updated. This means that registration for the Helvetic Agility Masters is just around the corner! 🐮🤩
 
The registration will open on Wednesday, 20.05.2026 from 12.00 noon. All registrations within Monday, 25.05.2026 will be treated as simultaneous. So, no need to rush.
 
NEW for this year: We know that HAM is an event you’ll want to enjoy with friends and family. In keeping with our motto, “United by Agility,” we’ve added an option this year during registration to enter a group name, so we can more easily match friends and family members.
 
How do I register?
⭐️ Go to our website starting Wednesday 12.00 noon
⭐️ You will find the registration form under Registration
⭐️ Fill in one registration form for each dog you want to enter
⭐️ If you book a campsite, please only register it once
 
What happens next?
⭐️ Confirmation of participation will be sent at the earliest 2 weeks after the start of registration
⭐️ Please do not make any payments without confirmation of participation or invoice
⭐️ Pay the invoice received by e-mail and secure your starting place
